Bride of Chucky
In the Bride of Chucky film, Tiffany, Chucky's girlfriend
collects Chucky's remains from an evidence locker and resurrects him.
Tiffany then finds out that Chucky didn't really want to Marry her and she
locks him up. Chucky kills her and channels her spirit into a doll. Chuck is
determined to get back into a human body and so wants to get the talisman
form his grave. So Tiffany calls Jesse, her neighbour and give him $1,000 to
deliver the two dolls to Chucky's Grave. Meanwhile, Jesse and Jade are
running away to be together when Chucky and Tiffany take a lift; killing a
cop, Jade's Step dad, their friend David, Two people in a Campervan and a
honeymooning couple. Jade and Jesse both think that each other is killing
the people until they realise that the dolls in the car are doing it.
Yay!
Chucky's old girlfriend decides to bribe a cop and get her
beloved chucky back. She then sows him back together and performing a
voodoo thingy, brings him back, unfortunately he's still a doll.
Tiffany (Chucky's Girlfriend) then tells Chucky how she thought he was
going to propose to her on the night he died. However, Chucky finds
this incredibly amusing, so Tiffany locks him up. Chucky plots his
revenge, and the next day, Tiffany comes back to Chucky and apologies,
agreeing that he needs a bride. She then gives him a bride doll. Chucky
gets angry, and escapes that night, electrocuting Tiffany and placing
her soul into the bride doll. They then set off on a quest to become
human again. It rocks!
Terrifying, well no, but
still a great film
Watching Bride of Chucky proved two things to me: 1)
sequels can in fact be good, and 2) I was a very wimpy child! If you
want terrifying this probably isn’t the film for you, but for shear
entertainment its first class. It has everything you could ever want
from a typical American cheesy horror, from the goody-goody teenagers
caught in the wrong place at the wrong time to a couple of dolls on a
murderous rampage, perfect!

Seed of Chucky
 Chucky and his plastic partner Tiffany are reanimated by their child,
the most gentle
of dolls of indeterminate gender who'd prefer that his parents stopped their
knife-wielding ways. This film was made purely for laughs, but its good to see
the Chucky dolls back in killing action.
