Child's Play

Andy Barclay, now 8 years old, has been placed in a
foster home after the tragic events of the first film. Karen Barclay,
his mother, has been committed to a mental institution after
testifying that Chucky was, in fact, alive. In an attempt to save
their reputation, the manufacturers of Good Guy Dolls reconstruct the
killer doll (Chucky), to prove to the public that nothing was wrong
with it. The company assumes an employee had tampered with Chucky's
voice synthesizer. In reconstructing Chucky, they also
(unintentionally) bring back to life the soul of serial killer
Charles Lee Ray - who begins his new murder spree by killing the
factory workers who bring him back at the start of the film.
Not my favourite
Child's Play 2 is not my favourite of the Chucky movies, but still worth a look if you're
a fan of Chucky and the movies he has been in. I didn't really get the
storyline to this one. I'm sticking with one and three. This one isn't
too bad, though. It's still enjoyable but, as I said, it's not my
favourite out of the five Chucky movies.
Chucky's back!
This is by far the best Childs play movie ever!
The story takes place roughly a year after Childs play in which chucky
continues his chase of Andy.
The story is absolutely brilliant with the dialog still being as funny
as in the first film the acting is top notch and Brad Dourif is amazing
as chucky.
Also Childs Play 2 doesn't go over the top with death scenes
(unlike Childs play 3).
Altogether it would be important to watch the first film to understand
the second film I would recommend this to anyone.
Is
this supposed to be funny?
I remember watching this Child's Play 2 film when I was a kid, its scared the utter
poop out of me! Wish I could use a stronger word than poop! Maybe its
supposed to be a funny horror, but DAMN! I slept with lights on for
three years!

Bride of Chucky
 A woman breathes life into the remains of the devil doll
and gets the white dress she's always dreamed of. Now on the look-out for two
human bodies to possess the dolls take a liking to a newly married couple. This
film took the horror of the Chucky dolls and blended it with a strong comic
element.

Seed of Chucky
 Chucky and his plastic partner Tiffany are reanimated by their child,
the most gentle
of dolls of indeterminate gender who'd prefer that his parents stopped their
knife-wielding ways. This film was made purely for laughs, but its good to see
the Chucky dolls back in killing action.
